Stoke Children's University Graduation 10 February 2012

Young learners from 7-14 celebrated their acheivements at Gold, Silver and Bronze levels at their graduation ceremony at Staffordshire University.  They were applauded by their parents, carers and teachers - donning their gowns and mortar boards, they enjoyed afternoon tea.

The Science and Technology Centre is easy to pick out on the skyline at the key junction into the City on Leek Road.  It's visible from the mainline rail services and from the Civic Centre.  Don't miss it!

On another level with Wedgwood 13 September 2011

Residents of Stoke-on-Trent have the opportunity to stand eye-to-eye with Josiah Wedgwood thanks to an installation in Winton Square. A meet the artist event is taking place on September 20th, from 6-7:30pm, at the installation.

Community treasure hunt uncovers UniQ's hidden gems 01 July 2011

Families in South Shelton, people who work and study in the University Quarter (UniQ) and those with an interest in local history are being invited to take part in a Community Treasure Hunt.

The event, taking place on Wednesday, July 6, has been organised by organised by partners involved in the development of the UniQ.
