The UniQ Ambition

UniQ is one of the most exciting and ambitious education led regeneration schemes ever to be implemented in the UK.

As a project it aims to be a symbol of hope, civic pride and the future - inspiring people across the region to raise their aspirations and attracting students, businesses and investors to connect with it.

The UniQ vision is to: “create a vibrant, safe and attractive environment that provides opportunity, investment and a better quality of life for all those living, studying and working there.”

The UniQ Brand

The unique nature of the project is at the heart of UniQ and at the heart of the brand. Unique new buildings will be the public face of UniQ, but the concept goes far deeper - it is a unique collaboration, creating a unique vision for a unique city. Our branding aims to embody this entire concept.

The UniQ brand encapsulates boldness, modernity, difference and quality. Its aim is to stimulate interest and debate - in a unique new project - while referencing an established educational brand.

Media and marketing materials in all their many forms influence the way our audience perceives who we are and what we do. So brand guidelines have been developed to ensure that the UniQ brand is used consistently and becomes the recognised symbol of a unique project.

We’ve created the following brand guidelines to help you work with our identity and help spread the word. They contain detailed instructions and advice on applying our brand when creating and producing literature and other marketing materials.
